I have to force quit the app then open it again to start over and hopefully it doesn’t get stuck on a loading screen again. The loading times for anything in this app are nonsensical and absurd. I cannot order anything because every time I initiate an order by setting the pickup time and place, it just loads for a long time before telling me the order could not be placed. I don’t know how so many people are satisfied with this completely unusable app. This app has way more stars than it deserves. this mad it very difficult also considering it was now almost 2 hours later. This was the first time my daughter was going to try Chinese food. This person obviously had no intention of delivering. Our neighborhood is only 82 homes, very small and only 4 streets. ![]() It took over an hour and 1/2 for her to key in delivered which it never was. Once she started moving, I could she when she arrived in my neighborhood. The driver was at the store for over 45 minutes according to the tracking app and I still was unable to contact her. Obviously, they do have someway to contact her as they supposedly got the order to her. They said they tried calling the driver and no answer. I then called doordash, your picked delivery method. They said they would let the driver know. It did not belong to anyone affiliated with doordash or Panda Express. Less than one min after ordering, we noticed the error and contacted the supposed driver by phone # provided by you. Somehow, our address was changed after hitting order from xxx ct to xxx dr which doesn’t exist. Arrogance, mistakes and rudeness must be corrected and compensated for but this company won’t do it. If my kids spoke to anyone that way I would slap them across the face. I wrote emails repeated All 5 were ignored. I didn’t want 3 beyond bowls at that point, so left. ![]() I didn’t get my egg rolls, the second beyond bowl or utensils. Then I ordered and they messed the order up 3 ways. It’s first come, first serve and U was there. ![]() A car pulled in and after literally 1 second, asked me to move forward so they could tend to that person and not me. The employees at that store not only would not help, they adamantly told me the wrong info they rudely said they were being timed so couldn’t wait for the app to load. I went to the Union store a few weeks ago to use the Bogo beyond orange chicken bowl offer on the app. I wrote 5 times and was ignored so now you get a public review.
